The Spray Tan Liquid had been formulated in order to avoid any UV sessions and to color evenly your skin before using other Tan Centaure's products. You need to start application 3 days before your competition day.
Example : Competition day is Saturday, first application on Wednesday morning, second on Thursday morning and last on Friday morning.

Apply spray tan with a tanning glove evenly on all your body. Let the product works during 6h, during this time DO NOT TAKE ANY SHOWER.

For better result your skin need to be well prepared before application, that's meaning a great scrubbing
Tanned look will last 4 to 7 days depending of you skin type.
